Best Time to Visit
June to October
The dry season provides excellent wildlife viewing, cooler temperatures, and clear skies. Animals are easily spotted across the open grasslands, making this one of the most popular times to visit.
November to March
The green season transforms the crater into a lush landscape filled with vibrant vegetation and excellent birdlife. Wildlife remains abundant year-round, while fewer visitors create a more peaceful safari experience.
April to May
Although occasional rainfall occurs, the scenery becomes beautifully green and dramatic. This quieter season offers rewarding wildlife encounters and attractive accommodation rates.
